ooohhhhh a photograph, not a manip, just a straight photograph.
Have not uploaded one of these in awhile.
photographed with a Pentax 67 with Fuji Neopan 1600 film
lit with neon light bounced off the wall.
Scanned the neg and removed dust and did a custom quadtone.
If you do not know what a quadtone is , it is a technique
from the old days before there was color photographs, and the printing presses would do half tone printing what is still in use now, like you would see in your newspaper, but for magazines this looked bad so they would add a color and it would become a "duotone", if you added another color it would become a "tritone", anyways you get the idea. what it would do basically is make the tones of the images much more rich making the contrast have more range. I have always loved going to the printers and playing with this as it really has no limits to what can be done. They really don't do this to much any more in the magazines, now they just print everything in color even the black and white images, it is to bad as it is much richer and more beautiful.
The model is my muse Jonna and the title is in Irish, it means brittle, breakable, fragile

This is just beautiful in so many ways. The pose. The girl. The grain. Everything. (Suggested by `mnoo and Featured by `cweeks)
